Systemd is a system and service manager for Linux operating systems. It provides a number of powerful features for managing the services that run on a Linux system. In this tutorial, we will look at how to manage Linux services with systemd.
Checking the Status of Services
The first thing you might want to do is to check the status of a particular service. You can do this using the systemctl command, like so:
